Ive been working on lyrics for BHC and music for TFF latly, its been occupying all of my time. the music for TFF has become harder to do, just mechanical frustrations. it can be hard to explain to a machine, what you are thinking creatively. i dont know what ill do, have a drink?

waking at 9 to pick up the Reverend at his house for a meeting of musical importance in the city by the bay, and to grab Pixie Mayhem for an entirely way to long day at work. after a short debate on how to reach the city and dropping off Pixie Mayhem, the Reverend and I made our way driving in my vehicle to pick up Iron Mahon, and Ms Gabi. we made it to the city on time and an hour early for our meeting, searching for a parking spot, we finally caved and illegally parked at a supermarket. the meeting went very well and and we all felt good leaving, until we made our way back to the car.... where it had magically disappeared. with two phone calls we managed to find it had been towed to a shop ten minutes away and arrived by taxi, to pick up The Widow Maker. after we all agreed it was stupid to have ignored the signs, we all had a laugh about the scenario and continued on our way out of the city. making our way back the Reverend and I dropped off Ms Gabi, and Iron Mahon. we continued on play with musical ideas on some new gear I had recently acquired. later the Reverend and I picked Pixie Mayhem from work, made our way to her place, and then back out to 924gilman to see BABYLAND. after running into Ner0 and the crew of Psyclon, Pixie and I made our way inside to check out the venue, as it was her first time there. BABYLAND is always an amazing experience and I was glad to be in great company. the Reverend and I approached Smith after the show about playing with them sometime in the future and we walked away with an open invitation and a positive feeling. I then took the Reverend home and I said my goodbyes to my brother. always a pleasure the Pixie and I went on a short hunt for food. with her belly content, we made it back to her residence and said our farewells. I made my way back to my temporary dwelling and watched the Prisoner of Azkaban, where I fell asleep shortly after. all in all, a very satisfying day. |
